Glass Materials

At the heart of every optical solution is the glass, each with unique properties suited to your specific needs. Our engineering and production teams work closely with you to create custom optical solutions, whether for prototyping or large-scale production. With our comprehensive in-house capabilities, we integrate glass and coatings to offer an efficient and cost-effective turnkey solution. From basic components to complex optical devices, we are your trusted partner for all your project needs.

Damage-resistant ultra-thin glass as thin as 0.07mm, ideal for devices requiring miniaturization, slim designs, flexible glass, and lightweight components. Options include borosilicates, HIETM aluminosilicates, low fluorescence, and low alkaline types. Custom fabrication and coating services are available to meet specific project needs.

This colorless glass has excellent optical properties and light transmittance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance. Ideal for outdoor and harsh environments.

Non-glare (NG) glass reduces specular reflection and glare for wide-angle viewing. NG etched glass surfaces reduce fingerprint visibility and improve display readability. The lipophilic AR coating provides a stain-resistant surface for high definition.

Strengthened glass is glass that has been treated through thermal or chemical processes to increase its strength and impact resistance. By heating the glass to high temperatures and then rapidly cooling it, compressive stress is created on the surface, enhancing its ability to withstand external forces. Strengthened glass is widely used in applications requiring high strength and safety, such as smartphone screens, car windows, and architectural glass.

UV transmitting glass is a specialized type of glass designed to allow ultraviolet (UV) light to pass through while blocking other wavelengths of light. This glass is commonly used in various applications, including scientific research, industrial processes, and UV sterilization.

Quartz glass is made from high-purity fused quartz, offering excellent optical transparency, high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability. It is widely used in optical, semiconductor, and high-temperature applications.

We strive to provide the best possible solutions and take pride in our attentiveness to your requirements.
